Hostage Rescue Op
- "Trying too hard can result in failure."
- —Yoko's motto
Lieutenant Yoko Littner was born on Earth to a poor family. At the age of 6 she was kidnapped for the SPARTAN-II Program after being found in an alleyway alone; immediately, ONI took the chance to take Yoko and train her to become a Spartan-II. Throughout her training, Yoko didn't really like to talk much since she believed actions are always better than words. Yoko proved to be an ace at both hand to hand combat and as a sniper.
Fall of Reach
As the Covenant attacked Reach, Yoko was sent to assist her fellow Spartan-IIs on defending Reach. She managed to kill 87 Covenant warriors on that day, so she was known to be a crack shot.
Yoko has participated in some of the most dangerous, and famous battles of the Human-Covenant War. She also once rescued a group of marine hostages single-handedly from a Covenant base. Yoko was then given the Medal Of Honor for her achievements as a Spartan and as a soldier.
After the war, Yoko was supposed to go in retirement. But she refused because she'd rather not sit around and not see anymore action, currently she is in service aboard the UNSC Infinity.
